As the owner of two and OnePlus One OnePlus 2, I had a difficult decision this year " should I buy the OnePlus 3? Is it worth buying the hype "

After thinking about it, I decided not to buy the OnePlus 3 this year and my Top 5 reasons here

First, OnePlus 3 does not have 1440p screen like the headlights phones nowadays. All my flagship phones like Galaxy S7 Edge, HTC 10, G5 LG and Nexus 6P all 2560 × 1440 resolution, which allows me to enjoy the high resolution video playback for YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc ... etc ... If you have never used a smartphone 1440p you probably will not care, but as someone who uses large smartphones from 5.5 to 6 inches on a daily basis, 1080P is simply not acceptable. This is one of the main reasons why my 4K Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is gathering dust because it can play videos stored on the phone in 4K and everything / all applications are in 1080P. For smaller devices 5.2 inch 1080P is more than enough, but for 5.5-inch and larger, 1440p is the gold standard these days.

If you want to enjoy new Virtual Reality OnePlus 3, the 1080P screen will make it look like your RV very pixelated. Try using VR 1080P will come back a few years back in time. If you want to buy outdated technology move forward, but 1080P is simply not acceptable if you want a "flagship killer".

Second, OnePlus 3 has inadequate equipment. It comes with features you do not need, such as 6GB of RAM. On a 1080P screen with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB is a waste of resources and not make things run faster. OnePlus should have been put in place in a higher resolution screen, or at least have the 1440p screen with 6GB memory. There are also 64gigs of internal storage with UFS2.0 instead of EMMC, which is fine, but this is another technology copied on Samsung Galaxy phones have had for some years now. To top it off, OnePlus 3 is no microSD card slot, you'll be stuck with 64GB while every other lighthouse microSD card slot (except Nexus 6P).
