In this test HighOnAndroid SOT, we oppose the LG G3 against G Flex 2 and the Galaxy Note Edge.
The LG G3 and the board notes both 1440p displays while the G Flex 2 has a 1080P screen. In addition, the rating board sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor while LG G3 sports Snapdragon 801 and the G Flex 2, the Snapdragon processor 805
Results:
LG G3 - 5:11
LG G Flex 2 - 5:25
Galaxy Note Edge - 5:28
notes the board survived the G Flex 2 by a few minutes while the LG G3 scored 5:11 minutes. It is interesting to note the Galaxy Note Edge with Exynos scores almost an hour less than the Galaxy Note 4 with Qualcomm CPU. From the edge of note and 4 are almost identical hardware specifications, we conclude the differences come from Exynos against Qualcomm. (We will do further tests to confirm that.)
As for LG G3, did fairly well, stopping just 5:20 minutes mark the Galaxy S6 while the G Flex 2 a few minutes longer than S6.
Overall, the LG G3 and the G Flex 2 just not too bad but falls behind most of 2014 and 2015 Samsung flagship devices. We can not wait to get the time of the next SOT HighOnAndroid LG G4 well, it will be very interesting
