One of the coolest features on the Samsung Galaxy Note phones is the ability to multi-task using the multi-window function, which allows you to use two applications simultaneously, just like a desktop computer.
Well, this feature is only available on the Samsung Galaxy and LG G3 smartphone, unless you install custom ROMs such as the C drive.
For those of you do not have a Galaxy Note 3, Note 2, S4, S5, or G3, there now a way to get on a smartphone or tablet Android rooted.
I find this feature especially useful on tablets to the big screen like Nexus 7 or Nexus 10 where multitasking is logical when you try to use the calculator Google Docs spreadsheet or simply play a game while checking your Facebook page at the same time.
Before you try this, you'll need a smartphone or tablet Android rooted.
Step 1. Download the latest version of Xposed Installer and also multi-window Sidebar app:
Download:
Download Xposed Installer
Download Multi-Window Sidebar app
Step 2. Install ES File Explorer app from Play Store (free app) and open the application.
Step 3. Go to your "Download" folder and install both Xposed install and multi-window sidebar files.
You might have to check "unknown sources" on the installation of these applications. Do not worry, these applications are completely safe and do not have any kind of spyware.
Step 4. Once these two applications are installed, open the Xposed Installer application.
Step 5. Hit "frame."
Step 6. Choose "Install /Update".
Step 7. Make you know that you click the "Allow / Grant" when the Superuser application window appears! If you do not see it, make sure your Android device is rooted!
Step 8. When the application prompts you to restart, press "Cancel" instead.
Step 9. Select "Download" in the Xposed Installer app menu
