Google announced Daydream VR coming next Android N last few weeks and it should soon be for everyone, but if you refer to the beta demo Daydream VR, you can if you have a Nexus device with Android N.
Now currently the only application that it is a beta application of paint which is a watered down version of Google Tilt Brush but with this app you can discover Daydream VR with a 3D controller (using a second phone as a controller emulating)
To do this, Google says you'll need a Nexus but my 6P 6P kept rebooting on Android Overview N N and I am able to make it work fine on Nexus 5X. So it should work on all Nexus 6P, 5X, 6, and even Xperia Z3.
You will also need an RV cardboard, catching one on Amazon (one of these will do).
Before you do, make sure to install the latest Android N Preview 3 or more following our tutorial on How to Install Android N Overview of the Nexus.
